Gadi Care Foundation Completes Well Project in Imdiyal Kanawa Village

On November 6, 2024, Gadi Care Foundation proudly completed the construction of a new well in Imadiyal Kanawa, a rural village in the Buskuri district of KatagumLocal Government Area, Bauchi State. This project, generously sponsored by an anonymous donor as Sadaqatul Jariya (a continuous charity) for his late father, has provided a life-changing solution to the long-standing water scarcity in the community.

Imadiyal Kanawa, situated approximately 32 kilometers from Buskuri, has faced significant challenges in accessing clean water. For years, the community’s only functional well collapsed, leaving residents with no choice but to walk long distances to neighboring villages in search of water for drinking and domestic use. This situation caused considerable hardship, particularly for women and children.

In response to their plight, Gadi Care Foundation took the initiative to construct a new well, bringing much-needed relief to the villagers. The project began on October 31, 2024, and was successfully completed on November 6, 2024. The well was designed to provide clean, accessible water to meet the daily needs of the entire community.

On November 12, 2024, representatives from Gadi Care Foundation visited Imadiyal Kanawa to inspect the completed well and engage with the residents. The villagers welcomed the Foundation’s team with immense joy and gratitude. They offered heartfelt prayers for the donor and expressed their appreciation to the Foundation for its unwavering commitment to addressing the challenges faced by underserved communities.

The residents also extended special prayers for the Foundation’s President, Hajiya Fateema Garba, asking Allah to bless her, reward her for her leadership, and grant her continued strength to support humanity.

This well project is a shining example of the profound impact of Sadaqatul Jariya. Not only will it ease the daily struggles of the residents of Imadiyal Kanawa, but it will also serve as an enduring source of blessings for the donor and his late father.
